Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid to quantiumboost in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless quantiumboost AG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Governing Law

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Austria, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer.
